Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2025

1. Services Provided

DealGuard DR provides independent real estate verification reports, investor insight reports, and private advisory sessions related to Dominican Republic real estate. All services are informational in nature and are intended to assist investors in making more informed decisions.

2. Not a Real Estate Broker or Legal Advisor

DealGuard DR is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or legal counsel. Nothing on this website or in any report or session constitutes legal advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any property. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Guaranteed Returns

Any ROI estimates, Airbnb income projections, or market analysis provided in our reports are estimates based on available data and are not guarantees of future performance. Real estate investments carry risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealGuard DR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. DealGuard DR reports and advisory sessions are tools to inform your decision-making process, not substitutes for independent legal counsel, due diligence, or professional financial advice.

6. Payment and Refunds

All payments are due at the time of order. Due to the nature of our research and advisory services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
